Returns and refunds

Every edgy.store item is made to order, so we do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer's remorse, wrong size selection, or a change of mind. Please check the size chart before ordering.

If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, defective, or you receive the wrong item, email support@edgy.store within 14 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue. If the issue is confirmed, we will arrange a replacement or refund.

Orders can only be cancelled before production starts. Once an item is in production, it cannot be cancelled because it is being made specifically for you.

Refunds, when approved, are sent back to the original payment method. Your bank or card provider may take additional time to post the credit.
