Shipping policy

edgy.store products are made to order. Most items are produced in 2 to 5 business days before they ship. During launches, holidays, or supplier delays, production can take a little longer.

After fulfillment, delivery timing depends on the carrier, destination, and service selected at checkout. Tracking is sent by email when it is available.

Please double-check your shipping address before placing an order. If a package is returned because of an incorrect or incomplete address, we will work with you on the next step, but additional shipping costs may apply.

If your order looks lost, arrives damaged, or shows the wrong item, email support@edgy.store with your order number and photos where relevant. We will help sort it out.

International customers are responsible for any customs, duties, taxes, or import fees charged by their country.
